1、工作流程：手工放棉、自動折棉、自動轉向、自動裝袋、空袋檢測、自動壓袋、成品收集；

2、折棉方式：根據客戶要求定制；

3、放棉皮帶可變頻調速；

4、機器前端設置有放棉平臺，放棉輕松、快捷，放棉速度可輕易達到2000片/小時以上；

5、雙頭獨立控制，可隨意控制其中一組的關閉，

6、帶有不良品報警，剔除功能，帶有空袋檢測功能，可確保成品中沒有空袋；

7、選配收集皮帶，可設定袋數，方便收集；

8、PLC+液晶觸摸屏控制操作，可以觸摸屏上輕松設定參數，產量和出錯信息清晰直觀；

5. Separate control for two folding units, could turn off either of the folding unit, One button switch between ；

6. With defective products alarm and reject function, with bag checking function to ensure no empty bag in thefinished products；

7. Optional collecting belt , could set production amount, for easy collection；

8. PLC and touch screen control system, easy to view the working status and friendly for operation；
